·       Work on risk analysis and continuous improvement: PFMEA, SPC and action plan leader

·       Solve process emergency (product non-quality, process stop, etc.), leader of 5Why, 8D, working with relevant departments

·       Optimize and improve MI document/Syteline OP according to process engineer’s requirements.

·       Lead process improvement small project

·       Investigation on tooling defects, plan for improvements

·       Tooling risk analysis and continuous improvement

·       Assist engineers on improvement projects topics

·       Bachelor degree in Material / mechanical engineering.

·       Good knowledge of theoretical and practical manufacturing processes.

·       Skilled on drawing (Auto CAD, solid works, Catia, etc.)

·       Knowledge of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and methodology

·       Quick leaning capability, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit. 

·      Oral and written communication skills with English.
