Take Porsche China internal order and staff orders;

Check availability and price for quotation;

Track shipment status and arrange delivery;

Downloading Parts Invoices and coordinating with import agent for the paper work required for importation;

Parts newsletter publishment to Dealers; Parts Locator information collection from Dealers on monthly basis; Dealer survey or questionnaires.

Parts movements & ABC analysis; Parts purchase & sales; Dealer purchase breakdowns; Transportation & logistics cost analysis.

Bachelor degree or above, major in Automobile, logistics or Business Administration  

Internship in Automotive industry and Aftersales field is a plus

Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn

Fluent with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
