Responsibilities:

1. Assist DPPO to get Privacy Impact Assessment approval and Legal approval to release new version for the BMW Connected App.  2. Working closely with Operational teams regarding Data Protection and Cyber Security.  3. Assist with the global strategy regarding Data Protection.  4. Identify and evaluate the company’s data processing activities.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in law or equivalent(1L or 2L).

Knowledge Chinese Cyber Security Law with close tracking of legislation process.

Good understanding of EU GDPR.

Fluent English, knowledge in both spoken and written is required.

Can work at least 3 days a week.
