职位描述:
岗位职责:

1、客户项目品质需求交付:解读客户品质需求,组织内部团队自评,按项目管理方式高效、高质完成样品、品质文件、测试、船检等系列品质交付;
1.Customer quality demands delivery: Interpret customer quality demands, and then organize internal self-evaluation; based on the project management methods, a series of quality delivery shall be completed with high efficiency and high quality, such as samples, quality documents, tests, ship inspections etc.;
2、信息收集分析:根据渠道监控规则对市场质量信息进行监控、分析并预警通报,内部跟进调查,形成闭环;
2. Information collection and analysis: Monitor and analyze market quality information according to channel monitoring rules, and provide warning notifications and internal follow-up investigations in order to form a closed-loop;
3、客诉处置:根据1314原则进行客户投诉的管理,及时安抚客户情绪并组织内部人员快速形成应对方案,保证客户满意。
3. Customer complaint handling: When customer complaints occurred, customer emotions should be appeased timely and a response plan should be quickly offered to ensure customer satisfaction according to principle 1314.

任职资格:

1、本科学历,质量管理/机电一体化相关专业;
1. Bachelor degree, major in quality management, electromechanical and other related majors;
2、英语读写熟练;
2. Fluent in English reading and writing;
3、沟通能力和组织协调能力强,具备良好的问题分析能力;
3. Strong communication & organization skills; good ability to solve and analyze problems;
4、具备较强的学习能力和合作精神,抗压能力强。
4. Strong learning and cooperation ability under pressure.
