Job Title: CI | IT Client Service Intern Division/Department: Information Technology Department Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1. IT asset management assistant: include IT computer and accessories preparation, IT hardware and software information maintenance and checking, IT stockroom Inventory. 2. IT Client service assistant: include team coordinator, tickets status check, document preparation assistant. 3. Other tasks from IT helpdesk and onsite engineers which need assistant 4. IT new tool testing 5. IT user communication and IT service and operation Your Qualification: 1. Student majoring in Information technology, Software development, Computer science or a comparable field of studies 2. Fluent in German or English language 3. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and good team player 4. Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and pro-activeness 5. Familiar with basic knowledge of IT 6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 7. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong 8.
