Powertrain Change Management and Support

 

Start of internship: Nov. 11th 2019                                         Duration: 6 months

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

Support in organizing the weekly telephone conference with R&D department of Volkswagen Germany / Skoda as well as VGC & Joint Venture, writing the meeting minutes and securing the data and file management

Calculate the economical impact of technical changes

Track, analyze and review the effectiveness and performance of the process partners in VW powertrain projects in pre-serial phases for change process optimization

Coordinate and report the technical change topics in VW powertrain project workgroups

Other tasks assigned by the Department Powertrain Development

Our Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written German

Full-time student in Engineering or related majors

Study or work experience in Germany

Excellent analytical skills

Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
