Create desirability and make the pleasure and benefits of sport accessible for the many! - Strategy & Policy I understand and implement the Commercial Policy & Communication Policy of Decathlon I define the strategy of each channel with traffic manager together I follow the media trend and select the most efficient channels to boost Decathlon brand - Channel Support I manage the brand videos on top video channels I promote the videos with the most efficient way I manage the Wechat advertisement for campaign & stores I manage the content for Mini Brand Zone twice a month - Opening / Local Communication Support on digital channels I coach local stores on national digital communication channels I manage opening / local communication website I evaluate the ROI & KPI for each opening store communication with store team
