Key Objective and Scope of the Position

Understanding the basic working principle of RTM. Analyze RTM data for the purposes of functional development and quality improvement, based on the understanding of technical data of the vehicle (architecture relevant: ECUs, bus, communication, etc), and the understanding of customer data (behavior relevant: NEV usage, habit pattern, etc). Support/Document all the development activities and work progress in E/E RTM (Real Time Monitoring) team.

Major Responsibilities

• Analyze the current implementation status of other OEMs and carry on the benchmark study.

• Support RTM data analysis and generate the solution and report of the RTM deployed status, tracking of the quality of data transmission in field, ensure the data analytic activities.

• Document the meeting minutes of core team meeting.

• Clean up the sharing document and regular update the reports.

• Review, summarize the testing lesson learnt, support test event.

• Summarize the signals of RTM phase 3.

• Fine-touch/ Visualize RTM reports/presentation.

Scope of Communication/Negotiation

Internal: Frequent contact with BMW departments in China and Munich.

External: Frequent contact with BMW suppliers and authorities.

Qualification

• Students (Undergraduates/Graduates in College) with automotive, mechanical, electrical, communication engineering background.

• Fluency in English, for both written and oral.

• Experience with python, tableau etc tools for data analysis or visualization.

• Deep understanding of statistic.

• Good MS Office skills
