任职资格:
1. 广告学、市场营销、管理类、汉语言文学或相关专业本科在读、应届毕业生或毕业两年以内人员;
2. 具备基础的自媒体运营认知与实践能力,对品牌传播及内容策划有兴趣;
3. 具备良好的学习与研究能力,富有创造力,具备一定文案撰写能力;
4. 形象表达良好,具备镜头感,能够进行清晰、自然的口头表达;
5. 熟练使用各类办公软件,能够应用 AI 辅助工具,并熟悉新媒体与内容制作相关的常用软件;
6. 工作积极主动,细致认真,具备良好的沟通能力、责任意识及团队合作精神;
7. 实习岗位原则上需全职参与,实习期为 3–6 个月。

Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or graduates within the past two years, majoring in Advertising, Marketing, Management, Chinese Language and Literature or related disciplines;
2. Basic knowledge and practical understanding of social media operations, with an interest in brand communication and content planning;
3. Strong learning and research ability, creativity, and basic copywriting skills;
4. Confident on camera, with clear verbal expression and good presentation skills;
5. Proficient in standard office applications, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools and commonly used software for new media and content production;
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and a strong team spirit;
7. Internship positions are generally full-time with a duration of 3–6 months.
