HR Head Support
· Provide HR Head with administrative and secretarial support. Coordinate HR Head's schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas, T&E reimbursement.
· Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests
· Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings. Manage the calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best.
· Organize all HR activities and events
· Review all documents before passing to HR Head for signature
· Complete other tasks assigned by HR Head
Expatriate &Local Hire Foreigner Management
· Support work and residence permit application/renewal; and other legal or procedure required immigration application, lease contract process follow-up, monthly rental fee
HR Functions Support(Business Partner Team, Learning & Development Team , Staffing Team)
· Be in charge of HR company chop according to legal guideline ·Handle department vendor creation & maintenance, purchase payment, raise PR, and relevant financing work
· Post weekly announcement in HR.CN ·Participate in other HR related projects as assigned
· Support new hire on board within the HR team
· Handle contract delivery with legal team, procurement team and finance team
· Provide coordination and support to annual BMS recruitment contracts and secret role recruitment (highly confidential role)
