Job Responsibility: 1.Get full involvement in all HR cycles, talent management, performance review, recruitment and selection, compensation & Benefit, Training, etc. 2.Be a key contributor of the HR project, for example, china sales trainee project, new leadership commitment, new talent management module. 3.Manage the HR data for reporting and analysis in an accurate and timely manner, which help the organization efficiency. 4.Support HRBP daily operation work, hr system maintanience, announcement, etc 5.Communicate and contact the related internal colleagues, for certain tasks.
Requirement:
1.Undergraduate student, Bachelor or above. 2.3-4 days per week and more than 4 months internship is required. 3.Good English skills in writing and oral. 4.Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills 5.Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel and PPT)
