Job Summary
The Customer Service Representation for the China office will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries including incoming calls, contracts and all aspects of order fulfillment. They create customer loyalty by creating a positive impression in a consistent basis and providing service above and beyond customer expectations from inquiry to delivery. In addition, they are responsible for shipment, inspecting and packaging products for customer orders. This position handles warehouse coverage and maintains accurate and proper storage of assigned materials. This position must maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Job Duties
- Answer customer calls

- Dispatch customer calls to relevant staff- i.e. technical questions to specialists

- Provide quotations
提供报价
- Create sales contracts, assist to stamp and scan it to customers
建立销售合同,协助后续事宜并维系客户
- File original sales contracts and stamped files
将销售合同原件盖章后文件归档
- Order products from US
从美国订购产品
- Managing warehouse-incoming and outgoing products, and inventories
管理入库,出库和库存
- Unpack products from US, and type in ERP system with products information
拆包分析产品,并做好ERP入库工作
- Update customer products delivery address
及时更新客户地址
- Pack and deliver products together with shipment list to customers
将产品与出货清单一起打包交付给客户
- Tracking order status: record courier tracking number and type in ERP system or share to sales in time
跟踪订单状态:在ERP中记录快递单号和类型,及时分享给销售
- Supervise and manage lead time
监督管理交货
- Assist in general administration i.e. vendor sourcing
协助行政,如供应商资源
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Business Administration
- 1-2 years’ experience in import and export agents or if good candidate, fresh graduate to be trained from zero
- Frequent English writing and speaking
- Proactive attitude of learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Good skills in Microsoft word and Excel
