职位描述：
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责: Import & Export Affairs 进出口事务 Prepare import & export documents, and ensure timely and smoothly Customs Clearance for all the import & export shipments. 负责准备进出口文件资料，确保及时准确地进出口货物的清关事宜。 Trouble shooting the issues occurred during customs clearance and transportation, and keep smoothly communication with CIQ and Forwarder. 负责处理货物清关与运输过程中发生的问题, 并与海关与货代方保持良好的沟通与联系。 Responsible for payment application and monitoring on Import& Export affairs; 负责进出口相关的付款申请与跟踪； Logistics coordination 物流协调员 Responsible for non-inventory procurement management, including PO creation, receipt and payment tracking; 负责间接物料管理，含采购订单建立，收货与付款跟踪； Responsible for training coordination, SOP effective tracking, File printing in CDMS and document retention management on logistics department; 负责物料部门培训协调，SOP生效跟踪，CDMS文件打印以及文件保存管理； Closing follow up CAPA and Change control management in logistics, ensure no actions finished on time; 紧密跟踪物流部门CAPA,变更的完成情况，确认所有行动事项可按时完成； System Master Data management，including BOM、Item code master profile、Supplier master profile， etc. 系统主数据管理, 包括物流清单更新、物料代码主文件更新及供应商主文件更新等。 Batch Record management 批记录管理与发放； Others 其他 Give supporting to other work if any from line manager 对直线经理提出的其他工作（若有）提供支持。 Requirements: Major : Logistics/ international trade/ pharmaceutical Degree: undergraduate or postgraduate in school English level : CET 6 or above. Working days per week: at least 3 days.
