Job Responsibility
Responsible for CV sourcing, cold call, interview and selection.
Post jobs to different advertisement channels.
Responsible for full cycle intern hiring.
Support employer branding activities such as social media platform management.
Internal talent pool management.
Support other recruitment activities and other HR events including campus hiring program etc.
Maintain candidates’ profile and co-work with HR Service with profile consolidation.
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates with an interest to pursue a career in Human Resources or a related field.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor or master with good academic record.
Major in information technology or engineering background is a plus.
Essential Skills & Experience
Good communication skills and good command of English in both oral and written.
Being proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PPT).
Works well in a team environment.
Good at logical thinking, details-oriented, result driven.
Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision is also essential.
Able to work 4~5 days per week for at least 4months.
