Job Description
Researchers are responsible for working with Consultant on engagements to deliver superb results for our clients. This includes:
Sourcing Process
Telephonic outreach to identify and qualify prospective candidates and develop information on potential candidates from sources so as to generate a stream of screened prospects for Consultant interviewing.
Communicate the nature of the specific opportunity and assess the qualifications of the candidate.
Enter and maintain accurate and current records in the firms electronic database which tracks engagement and candidate activity and progress.
Define position specifications; systematically identify target companies and candidates; develop search strategies.
Work closely and consult frequently with the Consultant who is managing the search engagement.
Participate in interviews with Consultant upon request, probably for pitches or at the beginning of a new search for a sound understanding of the industry, the position specification as well as the critical points of the search.
Search Reporting
Draft relevant documentation, such as candidate profiles and customized search progress/status reports, which detail the relevant target companies, possible market sources and candidates for an assignment.
Intelligence/Knowledge
Gather and enhance market knowledge/intelligence associated with key client engagements or on selected resources/vertical sectors and sharing the expertise with Consultant in a timely way. This includes collecting/collating macro/micro economic, political, industry-specific, company-specific, and talent-specific information.
Assistance
Arrange meetings/interviews for candidates and clients
Screen calls and transfer call-in client/candidate info to consultants.
Prepare presentation, contract proposal, blinded profile, market data, job description and relative brochure/document for consultant business development.
Provide financial assistance to client and finance dept. to keep payment in account punctually.
Responsible for invoice billing and reimbursement for clients, and candidates.
Other responsibilities upon Consultants request which is related to search business.
Requirement
Bachelor or above in social science related majors, say, statistics, sociology, psychology, social work, marketing, education, etc. Familiar with quantitative research or qualitative research or good social sensitive will be preferred.
Fresh graduate or no more than 3 year working experience. Have experience as students leader will be preferred

Good Communication skill. Confident.
