Support regional functional controllers in the Planning phase, gather functional cost related information from all LE's for all functions (FF, FP, IT, CC, CL, HR) and support in the planning process.

Gather the structural adjustments related information for all functions. Prepare the upload templates and align with global owner for correctness of data. Upload the approved adjustments and keep track record of all uploaded structural adjustments

Create NFCR standard reports to ease functional cost steering for all functions.

Support regional functional controllers with the creation of PowerPoint presentations for various topics (Quarter closing, KP analysis, Attract, etc…)

Bachelor or Master student, Accounting/Finance related major

Related internship experience is an advantage

Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment

Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Project management skills as well as detail-orientation

Ability to work full time during summer time  

Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
