JOB DISCRIPTION JOB: BOTTEGA VENETA E-Commerce Intern DEPARTMENT: E-Commerce LOCATlON: Shanghai, Hang Lung Plaza SUMMARY This role is to support E-commerce team for higher working efficiency andmaximizing sales opportunity across Tmall/WeChat Store/Website. KEY RESPONSIBLILITY 1. Data Support: Daily sales/collection tracking report. 2. Market Research:Closely monitor industry trends, best practice,competitor activity, and customer behavior flow. 3. Merchandise: Stock management, Delivery tracking, Sample consolidation, Product backend setting. 4. E-Marketing:Consolidate assets MR, CRM campaign proposal. 5. Project support: 3D/AR, Omni channel project. 6. Admin: Routine payment invoices and legal documents follow up. KEY REQUIREMENT 1. Proficient Office skills, EXCEL(VLOOKUP/Pivot Table-Must), PowerPoint,Outlook, etc.. 2. 5-day per week, at least 3-month, 6-month is preferred. 3. Good communicator, who's fluent in English and able to communicate withglobal team. 4. Passionate about Luxury or Ecommerce industry, candidates with relatedexperience are preferred.
