【岗位职责】

· Promotion events, e.g. exhibition, road show, technical day, industry conference, etc. support managing external vendors for media monitoring, designs, printings, translation, gifts production, etc.

· Digital marketing, e.g. assist in DEP industry/product website Chinese content review; content preparation for DEP Weibo posts

· Internal communication, success story drafting, AP newsletter preparation and eDM/intranet system updating

· Translation work, marketing material translation, campaign support

· Assist in daily administrative work, e.g. payment for MarCom events: shopping cart creation through online SAP; maintain marketing tools (brochures, collaterals, gift, etc.)

· Support any other marketing works where necessary

【任职要求】

· Be stable and be able to work with us 5 days per week for at least 6 months; will not take an out-of-town winter vacation before/after Chinese New Year

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook

· Detail oriented, well organized, good communication skills

· Be able to work independently and efficiently

· Major in Marketing, English or Economics is preferred
