· 结合专业知识，为留学生海归客户提供专业的求职咨询答疑

· 了解客户需求，协助顾问为客户提供有针对性的服务推荐并促成签约

· 参加专业培训与交流，提高咨询服务专业水平

· 协助和参与市场推广和项目活动策划

· 完成其他上级布置的其他工作

任职资格：

· 本科及以上学历

· 普通话标准流利，的沟通和表达能力

· 善于自我激励并严于律己，可承受较大工作压力

· 快速学习能力和解决问题能力强

· 具有人力资源、猎头、教育培训或留学咨询行业经验优先

Principal Responsibilities:

· Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions

· Provide consulting service to clients

· Reach and exceed sales targets

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

· Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Native Mandarin speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Open minded, well-organized and eager to learn new skills

· Sales oriented and target driven attitude

· Commitment to customer service

· Overseas study or working experience is highly preferred
