Job Description:
1. Record and deal with customer complains
2. Track express status timely to ensure the deliverability
3. Deal with on-passage parcels timely
4. Daily reports on lead time and customer complain
5. Record fine and responsible for claim penalties
Requirements:
1. -Bachelor degree or above, prefer in logistics or supply chain
2. -CET4 above, fluent in written and reading English
3. -Courier experience is plus
4. -Good communication and coordination skill
5. -Strong ability to work independently
6. -Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
