Responsibilities:
• Assistant on retail stores paperwork, including reimbursement, tax refund, etc.
• Supporting retail analysis reports, ad hoc data requirements.
• Support to track and manage operation gifts, non-merchandise and contracts.
• Assistant on internal control, such as cross-checking store monthly sensitive transactions, etc.
• Routine assistance on retail operation and administrations jobs.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Being data sensitive and goal oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office i.e. Excel (PIVOTTABLES/VLOOKUP etc…) PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with flexibilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit.
• Available at least 3 weekdays per week.
