Job Description:
1) Complaint data consolidation and analysis, complaint quality assurance check
2) Desk research on market data/market practice
3) Document review from consumer rights protection perspective
4) Work with team for daily operational support
5) Assist on team's projects and events
6) Team admin tasks, e.g. meeting arrangement, activities facilitation
7) Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by managers
Requirement:
1) Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and can work under pressure
2) Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
3) Preferably 6-12 months, preferably 5 days a week, if not, at least 3 days a week.
4) Good analytical skill
