职位描述：

1. Industry development intelligence: retrieving and collecting information of industry technology, analysing the technology status, trends etc information;

2. Assisting the inventor(s) to prepare and improve the IPR report;

3. Making prior art searching, analysing, summarising and on a defined technical subject，and evaluating the potential essential standardisation patent application;

4. Assisting the department for patent mining work and the invention report reviewing work;

5. Responsible for department’s database management work;

6. Assisting department for other work required by the department leader；

3. 对特定技术进行检索、分析、总结，以及标准专利评估;

4. 协助本部门开展专利挖掘工作和技术交底的评审工作；

5. 负责完成本部门的数据库管理工作；

6. 协助完成本部门的其他工作；

1 At least Master degree in mobile communication, computer science and electronic engineering.

2 Good and global understanding on LTE protocols and/or future wireless radio technologies, include but not limited to: WCDMA, LTE, WLAN, IEEE etc.

3 Familiar with patent searching tool and database, strong analysis and comparison capability

4 Familiar with 3GPP, IEEE working process and database;

5 Good learning capability and team work spirit;

6. Good communication and coordination ability;

7. Good spoken and written English skill, can read English literature;

8. Familiar with all the office software applications;

9. Patent attorney qualification is preferred, industry working experience is preferred.

1、硕士以上学历, 通信、计算机、电子及相关专业；

2、对LTE基础协议和/或者未来无线技术研究有比较全面的了解， 包括但不限于： LTE， WLAN， IEEE，5G等;

3、熟悉专利检索的工具和数据库，有一定的分析对比能力；

4、熟悉3GPP，IEEE等标准化工作的流程以及标准化文档数据库；

5、需要具有较强的学习能力，具有良好的团队合作精神 6、较强的责任心，沟通协调表达能力，能适应一定压力和强度下的工作； 7、良好的英语口语和读写能力，能熟练阅读英文文献；

8、能熟练运用各种办公室室文件处理软件；

9、有专利代理人资格证优先, 有企业工作经验优先。
