About this job:

关于这项工作：

·       Support the implementation of our china-wide CRM system for six months

·       Create supporting user manuals for our CRM system as well as further training material 

·       Support other colleagues in using different digitalization tools, such as email campaign tool, event tool and survey tool

·       Support digitalization activities of other departments in terms of developing digital solutions for services and events

·       Translation and proof reading of texts (Chinese, English) 

·       支持我们的中文CRM系统实施,实习期为六个月

·       为我们的CRM系统创建支持性用户手册以及进一步的培训材料

·       支持其他同事使用不同的数字化工具，例如电子邮件活动工具，事件工具（开会直播等）和调查工具

Requirements:

职位要求：

·       Bachelor or Master student majoring in Language and Business Studies, Marketing, Communication, IT or any other related academic field 

·       Native speaker of German or English or Chinese

·       Excellent English language skills required, German or Chinese a plus (if not native) 

·       Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex processes in a simple structured way

·       Proficient in MS office and at least one drawing software. Knowledge of CRM solutions like Salesforce or Zoho is a plus

·       Experience in IT related or communication related projects is a big advantage

·       Organized and responsible working approach

·       Excellent communicator and team player with open character, motivated and proactive
