Planning and implementation of capable processes and reliable machines to produce products with good quality according to Bosch standard and customer requirement.

Responsibilities

·       Documentation management

o    Collect working instruction word version and management

o    Shop floor working instruction onsite check, collect updated information and other input from FMEA &control plan, quality Problem, audit, shop-floor suggestions, etc

o    Update working instruction and training shop-floor employee

o    Optimize and standard shop-floor data record

o    Other office document management (ECR, MAE release report, etc.)

·       Tools and consumable management

o    Shop-floor tools information collect (part number, picture, stock, span life, location, etc.)

o    Consumable information collect (part number, stock, span life, ect.)
