MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the Branded Goods (Merchandise) Senior Manager with the following reporting tasks:

1.       Weekly management reporting – sales revenue of branded goods

2.       Monthly dealer peformance reporting and issue to regional business managers

3.       Dealer engagement/communication and wechat group management, answering their questions and supporting their engagement. Includes the opportunity to create a monthly communication newsletter

4.       Dealer Branded Goods Champions management, ensuring effective communication on their responsibilities

5.       Weekly dealer stock availability report completion and issue to dealers

6.       Backorder management – review back orders and work with the dealers to find alternative products

7.       Performance analytics and business recommendations

8.       Senior level review meeting preparation

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

1.       Major in Business Administration, Management or Marketing are preferred, but all subjects considered

2.       Fluent English, both in spoken and written

3.       Must be familiar with Jaguar Land Rover Brands and the merchandise business (either automotive or other industries), must understand the role of reporting and have good attention to detail, able to deliver to strict deadlines

4.       Excel and Powerpoint skills are critical

5.       Confident to represent Branded Goods and engage with the dealers on wechat. Must be able to work autonomously and proactively to complete tasks.
