(1)Screen and manage candidate’s resume
(1) 筛选和管理应聘者的简历
(2) Book meeting rooms for interviews
(2)为面试预定会议室
(3) Make phone calls to invite a series of interviews according to the interview schedule
(3) 根据面试日程安排邀约面试
(4) Other data work related to recruitment
(4) 协助进行应聘者面试日引导
(5)指导新员工入职相关材料准备
(6)支持员工入职流程办理,新员工入职资料收集
(7)其他与招聘有关的数据统计分析
2. Compensation and benefit
岗位要求
1. A Bachelor degree and above, 3rd year in the university or 2nd year in post graduate is a plus
1.本科及以上学历,在校生优先
2. Proficient in MS office especially excel
2.熟练使用微软办公软件,尤其是excel
3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
3.良好沟通能力,抗压能力,协调能力
4. Ability to Work under pressure5. Work 4 or 5 days a week(exclude weekend) for at least 4.每周工作5天,至少工作3个月
