Critical Incident Management (CIM) provide a globally accessible escalation point into AGS for the escalation of existing customer incidents. This ensures visibility to the customer and internal stakeholders about any associated action plans to resolve the issue. One of the key objective of CIM is to achieve a lean organization and process, and reduce the duplicated work in incident solving process.
Job responsibilities
· Monitor global queue of urgent customer problems and ensure the processing.
· Cooperate with support consultants in specified field.
· Internal contact with colleagues from other departments globally.
· Record and report daily work to team lead.
Job Requirement
· Degree in computer science or engineering is appreciated, post graduate preferred.
· Good and effective spoken and written English skills is a must
· Open and professional communication style
· Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
· Willing of working in an international environment
· Work schedule: 3-4 day includes weekend
· Internship Duration: 6 months
· Will graduate in 2021
