Involve in all the legal matters affecting any of the SAFRAN Group Companies with regard to their foreign and domestic activities in China;

Day-to-day contract management (drafting, reviewing and negotiating of different agreements) and legal consultancy for all SAFRAN Group Companies’ activities in China  with respect to:

foreign investment related matters;

employment ,labor and expatriate matters;

Intellectual property rights;

real estate;

environment protection and safety related matter;

competition regulations;

disputes and litigation management;

 export control matters;

taxation, etc.

Corporate governance matters of SAFRAN Group Companies in China;

Competences Requirements:

Law degree(s) from reputable Chinese and/or overseas law school(s);

Fluent in English and Mandarin (both writing and speaking) and good command of computer skills;

Pleasant and highly responsible work attitude and good work ethic;

Strong communication skills and conflict-handling skills, business oriented;

Dynamic and Team Spirits;

Internship Location: Beijing

Internship Term: Six months in minimum
