Join a team of educators, innovators, travelers and doers. Responsibilities: • - Manage the external online recruitment channels such as 51job, Zhaopin, etc., including posting, updating and deleting jobs in time • - Support in CV screening, initial contact with potential candidates for junior positions • - Support EF national training—— Talent Development Program organization and new staff orientation organization • - Support the operation of EF Recruitment WeChat platform every week • - Manage inventory of recruitment and training material • - Support on other administrative, recruitment and training related project, such as the WeChat official account Requirements: • - Communicate effectively, detail-oriented and hardworking. • - Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written); • - Can guarantee 2-3 days full attendance a week for 4-6 months at least (the more the better); • - Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel & PPT; • - A Good command of Photoshop or other image design software • - Experience of editing WeChat official account • - Internship/ social work experience preferred; • - Overseas study or travel experience is a plus. 你将获得： - 在全开放式的超酷北欧风格的办公环境中，快速学习和实践HR各个板块的技能 - HR 姐姐人超级nice，会给你职业规划、面试技巧等多方面职业指导，带你走向面霸之路 - 办公室位于静安寺，交通便利，不愁吃喝 - 这周五Happy hour，免费咖啡，团队活动，team气氛轻松活泼，不会把你当外人 Salary: 100 RMB/day 地点：上海静安区铜仁路258号九安广场
