*This position will be signed with a Flexible Employment contract. Internship Certificate can be provided upon the completion of the contract.

What you will do:
- Participate in HR recruitment for trainee, full-time and flexible employment headcounts.
- Support team in various recruitment tasks: resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and etc.
- Assist in resolving recruitment challenges and providing solutions accordingly
- Assist in research competitors and market trends.
- Assist with various recruitment activities: campus recruitment, referral and etc.
- 参与人力资源部门的招聘工作,包括但不限于实习生,正编人员,灵活用工等岗位;
- 支持团队成员完成招聘流程中的各项任务,包括但不限于挖掘/筛选简历、电话沟通及邀约面试,和协助组织面试,入职等全流程,确保流程顺畅;
- 协助处理招聘过程中出现的问题,提供有效解决方案。
- 协助调研竞争对手和市场趋势
- 在需要时协助招聘团队开展各种活动,支持招聘项目包括并不限于(校招,内推等)
What you need to equipped with:
- Internship experience in headhunting or recruitment field is preferred, interested in HR work
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong teamwork and professional communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Can commit to a 6-month internship (at least 4 days per week).
- 有猎头、招聘等相关实习经验,对人力资源招聘领域有浓厚兴趣,喜欢和人打交道;
- 具备良好的中文与英语沟通能力(听说读写)
- 有团队合作精神与专业的沟通技巧
- 能够高效处理多任务并保持细节准确性,有基本的职业素养;
- 能保证至少6个月的实习期限(每周至少四个工作日)
