Job Responsibilities 1. Understand lip product formulation & process principle 2. Modify existing fla based on comment of sensorial and stability signal. 3. Run acceleration test for stability screening 4. Do basic competitor analysis tasks. 5. Transversal activities & studies Requirements 1. Chemistry related background, including but not limited to chemical engineering, physical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, food industry, etc. 2. Basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills. 3. Sense and knowledge about makeup products, makeup trend, market awareness; Passionate and curious about make up 4. Be fluent in English and Chinese, proficient in office 5. Internship experience in cosmetic/FMCG products formulation is preferred Internship harvest 1.
