Main Responsibilities

1.Engage in SAP process includes creating Phrchase Requisition, relesing PO& doing MIGO-Goods Receipt

2.Prepare daily bank snapshot & weekly actual bank balance report, monthly report,

3.Assist Treasury team members on bank account management.

4..Assist Treasury team members on daily payment transactions and e-bank system management.

5..Assist Treasury team members on vehicle payment collection

6.Tracking and recording custom paper to reconcile with the actual goods prepayment and verification with banks  

Requirements:

1.School preferred: Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

2. Major: Finance

3. Degree:Bachelor(Year 3 of University or 1st year of Post-Graduate)

4.Language: Fluent in English 

5.Knowledge: Corporate Finance/Banking

6.Skills: MOS Skills as Excel,SAP related experience is preferred
