Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting our market research projects, translating customer research information into valuable insights that will shape company strategic action plan.
This position is suitable for someone with a passion for market research and an interest in understanding China automotive industry and consumer landscape. A technical understanding of market research, both qualitative and quantitative methodologies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in planning and execution of primary market research compliance to methodologies, cross-functionally coordinate with global and local teams.
o Develop sample plan, questionnaires, and support stimuli development and review process.
o On-site coordination with partners and vendors for research fielding, qualitative interviews, and workshops; Support set-up, and quality management.
• Support in creating research report timely and communicate key findings effectively with project stakeholders and senior management.
o Collect and analyze data into market insights and future industry trends.
o Slide design and draft report with good story telling sequences.
o Support function / program team review
Requirements:
• 3rd year or 4th year undergraduates or graduate students majoring in English, Business, Statistics, or Sociology is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-motivation, quick learner, strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months to ensure continuity and impact on long-term projects.
• Good knowledge about auto industry preferred.
