Position: Hedge Fund Engagement Manager: Big Data Analytics Support

Job Description

Our clients are top global hedge funds. Your task is to drive engagement with our clients and prospects, so they can extract value out of our big data services, so to drive renewal, upsell and new client acquisition. 

Engagement Activities: 

A) Proactive reach out to clients and prospects, through e-mail or phone call  to introduce our big data services, products, online portal, latest alpha ideas etc. 

B) Follow up to daily questions raised by clients and prospects at timely and high quality manner.  

C) Collect client feedbacks and channel back to our data and research team to continuously improve our data and research coverage and quality. 

D) Support Head of Sales Director  on his day to day client interacting activities

E) Work closely with our global team located in HK, US and mainland China to share ideas and drive growth together!

 Requirements

Experience: 

1-2 years of experience servicing institutional investors, or have experience working inside a hedge fund, If you have no experience, you would be considered in the trainee role.

Character & Skills: 

• Strong data analytical and problem solving skills. 

• Passion on communication, willing to share and taking feedbacks  

• Organized, be able to handle multi task in an efficient and organized manner. 

• Self starter, can work in a very entrepreneurial environment. 

• Curious mindset, you want to learn everyday.

• Client first mindset, and very detail orientated.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
