岗位职责(具体工作内容)
1. 用户反馈声音收集:收集监测各渠道用户反馈,包括定期跟听西语客服录音、监测拉美主流社媒及应用市场评价,分析提炼用户需求及痛点,协助提出产品迭代和优化建议,提升用户体验;
2.竞品调研:定期追踪和分析拉美市场信贷行业及相关竞品信息,协助分析产品、业务优化方向;
3. 项目支持:与产品、技术、客服等团队协作,确保用户体验的持续改进。
1.User Feedback Collection: Collect and monitor user feedback across all channels, including regularly reviewing Spanish-language customer service calls, monitoring reviews on mainstream Latin American social media platforms and app stores. Extract core user needs and pain points to assist in proposing product iterations and optimization suggestions, thereby enhancing user experience.
2.Competitor Research: Regularly track and analyze information about the credit sector and related competitors in the Latin American market, assisting in identifying product and business optimization opportunities.
3.Project Collaboration: Work with product, technical, and customer service teams to contribute to continuous improvements in user experience.
任职资格(学历、目标院校、语言、技能、性格等要求)
1. 西班牙语听说读写熟练,英语听说读写流利;
2. 每周工作至少4天& 实习期至少5个月;
3. 在校本科及以上学历,大四已保研优先;
4. 熟练运用Excel等办公软件;
5.对用户体验工作有浓烈兴趣并具备良好的用户视角
1.Proficiency in Spanish and English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English.
2.Availability Requirements: Minimum commitment of 4 days per week & at least 5 months for the internship period.
3.Academic Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher; priority given to final-year students with guaranteed postgraduate admission.
4.Technical Skills: Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
5.Professional Aptitude: Strong interest in user experience (UX) work and a demonstrated user-centric mindset.
