Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain medical resources, including hospitals, doctors, nurses, nationwide according to the company’s business deployment.
2. Expand and maintain partnerships with medical and healthcare service providers based on the company's medical and health insurance business needs.
3. Develop and implement service solutions according to the characteristics of the company’s health insurance products and customer needs, monitor and evaluate the process and results, and regularly review and optimize.
4. Analyze customers' actual medical needs and plan and assist their medical treatment by combining service resources.
5. Coordinate business operations between company departments to ensure the highest quality service for customers.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a major in clinical medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or related fields are preferred.
2.Experience in expanding medical resources within the insurance or healthcare industry; candidates with relevant management experience are preferred.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, outstanding execution ability.
4.Strong planning and time management skills.
5.Strong learning ability, able to accept challenges, and adaptable to short-term business trips.
6.Be able to come to the office 5 times per week.
