Roles and Responsibilities:
· Support staff check-in and exit procedure: ID creation/ termination;
· Check staff overtime record and Medical claims, and contact staff if any issues;
· Maintain organization chart and check the changes;
· Assist in the staff relation activities such as lucky money, fruit day, etc;
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good command of English
· Focus on details and be responsible
