Job Title: CH | HR Digitalization Intern
Division/Department: HR & Administration
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
1. Mailbox monitoring on Helpdesks of HR systems
2. Regular accounts review on different HR systems
3. Support on HR System Projects meeting organizing and meeting minutes
4. Test HR system functions during UAT (User Acceptance Test)
5. Follow up on Change Requests of HR Systems
6. Update Q&A document for knowledge sharing
7. Monitor the status of HR system incidents
8. Promotion activity arrangement for HR Projects go live
9. Other tasks assigned by HR digitalization expert
Your Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major
in business administration, IT, English, German or a comparable course of study
2. Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus point)
3. Knowledge or interest in HRIS (Info System), data analysis and project
management
4. Good communication skills; Logical thinking; Sense of data security
5. Knowledge of MS-Office is required (Power BI is a plus point)
6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
7. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if
something goes wrong
8. You are available for the full-time internship for 5-6 months
