Responsibility:
Kit Project Support:
Order Management: Collect kit project orders from US and AU on monthly level. Cooperate with Inventory Management team to finish placing in system.
Planning: Based on monthly needs from global market and existed internal replenishment tool to plan on both finished goods level and components level.
Price Management: Collect components prices from AP vendors for kit projects under developing phase.
Sample posting and internal communication.
New Market Supply Chain Support:
Order Management: Collect individual orders from AP sales team and internal transfer. Work with sales team and vendor to settle down PO details.
Products Basic Data Fetching: To be the link among sales needs, internal system and sourcing activities. Provide the fresh product data to sales team.
Logistics Coordinating: Coordinate with vendors, brokers, sales, customers for goods delivery. Trace & Track and put customers as the 1st priority.
Requirements:
Prefer university majors as International Trading & Logistics, Industry Engineering or Mathematics.
Prefer candidates who are dynamic, creative and patient with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong sense of urgency, results orientated; excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT.
Good written and oral English, Japanese or Korean is a plus, preferred.
