工作内容:
• Department Coordination: Assist in coordinating communication between the Hilton China Digital Department and other internal departments (such as Digital Solution, Delivery & Operations, Architecture Team, Hilton China Business Units), transmit work information in a timely manner, and follow up on the progress of cross-departmental collaboration matters to ensure smooth communication and efficient collaboration in digital business-related work.
• Staff Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, guiding new employees to complete relevant procedures, introducing departmental structure and team members, and helping new employees quickly integrate into the team; assist in handling offboarding procedures for departing employees, sorting out and returning relevant materials and equipment.
• Department Activity Organization: Assist in planning and organizing departmental activities (such as team building, technical sharing meetings, holiday gatherings, etc.), including formulating activity plans, contacting venues, arranging logistics, organizing on-site implementation, and sorting out activity summary materials after the event.
• Daily Administrative Support: Assist the department manager in sorting out and filing departmental documents, recording meeting minutes, managing departmental office supplies, and completing other administrative tasks assigned by the manager to support the daily operation of the department.
• Team Support: Cooperate with team members to complete relevant supportive work, help maintain a good working atmosphere of the department, and improve team work efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related majors is preferred.
2. Be familiar with basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have good document sorting and writing skills.
