Job Tasks (Responsibilities) 

1. Work closely with Governance Function Managers to analyze the related project performance and development trends to help shape long-term strategies on E-Invoice project. 

2. Perform analysis on project performance to uncover optimization best practices for China SCS project. 

3. Develop and execute processes of project meeting and feedback, and develop project presentations to management when required for 2020 AP Supplier Event. 

4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop internal project materials, review and recommend improvements to existing project strategies. 

5. Perform root cause analysis of potential project problems and provide effective resolutions 

6. Collaborate with various departments to collect business data to complete timely analysis. 

7. Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision-making purposes.

Qualifications 

1. Pursuing or just graduated with a Bachelors degree, or above. 

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

3. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency of SQL is a plus.

4. Strong operations skills with ability to define process improvements and follow through 

5. Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills 

6. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
