- Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position.
- Indentify target candidates; make phone calls, screen and interview candidates, and present candidates’ profiles to clients according to client requirements.
- Help client to arrange interviews and solve all conflicts and problems during the process.
- Proactively involve in offer negotiation, make reference checks.
- Provide add value service to client before / in / after the recruitment process.
- Monitor Research Consultant or Associate Consultant to set up target company lists and full mapping strategies.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice.
- Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
- Contribute to the business development with major business leaders and partners within the assigned field.
