Name of Project: MB Future Motive
Objectives:
The intern will support the ongoing development of the MB Mobile application
by coordinating product design and solution-related tasks. This includes
enhancing existing features to improve user experience and operational
efficiency while generating innovative ideas that align with the broader
strategic goals of the company and ensure the application remains a competitive
and cutting-edge solution in the automotive industry.
Main Tasks:
- Work closely with Product Manager and Developers designing functions and
releasing to Customers though Agile iterations
- Spearhead brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders and creating most
Mercedes innovative ideas and solutions
- Practicing data-driven product design lifecycle, analyzing customer
feedback and raising improvement plans and implementation trackings
- Conduct comprehensive review to ensure application applying the consistent
UI/UX components and content labels for similar purposes

Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic
knowledge of mobile app development concepts
- Previous internship or project experience related to product design, user
experience, or digital marketing
- Knowledge of UX/UI Principles
- Experience with conducting user research or usability testing to inform
design decisions
- Understanding of agile project management practices and tools (e.g., Scrum,
Kanban)
- Passion for automotive technology and a keen interest in how digital
solutions enhance the customer experience
- Data Analysis Skills
- A portfolio showcasing design work or relevant projects
