1) Collect potential candidates’ information through cold calling or any other channels.
2) Participate to the tailor-made search process.
3) Communicate with candidate with telephone and make assessment.
4) Interview with potential candidates.
5) Recommend candidates to clients and follow up.
6) Cooperate with other team members, and fulfill the vacancies successfully assigned by clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.
3) Passionate with strong internal drive, eager to succeed, hardworking and enjoy work life.
4) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
6) Team player.
