Job Responsibility:

1.Write application documents and submit to classification societies (10%%)

2.Write testing plans (CCS) and coordinate with external testing centres including Xiamen to arrange sample sending/testing (20%%)

3.Check testing reports and product information on certificates correct (5%%) Negotiate and track testing and certificate costs (against budget) (5%%)

4.Communicate with China sales, Group product managers/certificate officers and R&D for certificate needs and progresses (15%%)  

5.Coordinate with Hempel factories and three tollers to arrange sampling taking and site audit by classification societies (15%%)  

6.Communicate with CCS and other classification societies for application, maintenance and site audit (10%%)  

7.Track Hempel certificates and renewing, answer sales requests  (10%%)  

8.Manage Kunshan Lab documentations, QHSE procedures and provide general administration (10%%)

Job Requirement：

1.Major in Chemistry or related

2.Bachelor’s degree or above

3.Excellent communication skills with internal sales  and product managers and with external certificate/testing organisations

4.Competent English in writing and good English speaking

5.Better familiar with ISO 9001

6.Team spirit

实习期：到2020年底，一周至少3天，优先考虑大三，大四保研，研一同学
