OC Operations
Job Description
OC Operations team is a dynamic group that comprises of multi-skilled engineers that can handle multiple technologies as defined tasks that comes from different service line groups.
The main focus of the group is to help handle all high volume and low complexity tasks in order to automate the solution as part of the ideal goal to eliminate waste in different processes and have this resolved automatically.
Another facet of the group is to do monitoring for the whole infrastructure services that the company is providing to different clients and the vision of the group is to do catch and resolve with regards to the different event management alerts that the designated monitoring tools catch on the whole infrastructure.
The different tasks have their corresponding procedures/ documentation so that it will help the OCO engineer to resolve the different issues, events and service requests at hand. Issues, request will be coming in the form of Remedy Incident, Service Request and Change Request if there will be tasks that needs to be updated on the server, network and application sides.
