Junior Architect

工作职责Job Responsibilities

1.     执行上级分配的任务并按时完成;

Execute and accomplish tasks from superiors efficiently;

2.     充分了解项目相关状况及设计师的设计要求，辅助设计师参与深化建筑设计；

Fully understand the relevant working progress and requirements from designer, take part of deepening drawings;

3.     绘制图纸、制作文本等，准确表达设计师意图，协助建筑设计师将草图发展成合理的方案图纸；

Rendering drawings, making text, present the designer’s ideas properly, assist architect to complete the draft to the reasonable design drawings;

4.     针对制图的基础规范进行图纸自审、互审、并及时修改；

Based on the basic regulations and norms to review, amend drawings;

5.     及时向上级汇报工作情况与提出协助要求；

Report the work status and provide assistant to superior;

6.      执行上级分配的其他任务。

Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the superior.

任职要求 Job Requirements

1.     要求建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历；

Bachelor or above degree in architecture major;

2.     1年以上相关岗位工作经验；

One years or above relevant experiences required;

3.     熟练使用相关的设计软件（如Cad、Photoshop、3D、Sketchup等）；

Proficiency at AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D, Sketchup;

4.     思维敏捷，热爱设计，富于创造性和激情；

Passionate, creative at designing;

5.     敬业负责，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；

Strong sense of communications and team working;

6.     英文听说流利者优先考虑；

Preferable with good English skills;

7.     的应届毕业生也可考虑。
