*Job Summary
Use computer software as a tool for solving basic architectural and interior
design problems. Assist in preparation of designs, quantity calculations,
sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings. Maintain
conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and
applicable building codes. Work under supervision of a project manager or
senior-level team member. *Minimum Requirements Experience with CAD, sketch-up, Rhino, 3D max, Lumion. Experience in
architectural drawings, calculations and 3-D visual simulations. Excellent
written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Able to
work at least 3 days per week. Interns with good performance may be eligible
to return for additional internships or hired as a Graduate Interior Designer
upon. fulfilment of their academic degree.
