职位描述:

Responsibilities

-       Support the sales and business tasks and coordinate withHQ;

-       Assistant to set-up annual exhibition and conventionoverview follow up on deadlines;

-       Manage and archive Finance, Sales, and Admin. Documents;

-       Manage Visa Status and application process for foreignemployees;

-       Organize business trips, visits and events incl. hotelreservations, flight bookings;

-       Other tasks and duties assigned by line manager.

-       Assist manager for reception when customer visiting theoffice and telephone visiting; properly handle the customer visit in theabsence of the manager and tell the information to manager in time.

-       Handling quotation related documents to customers

-       Customer management in documentation

 

Requirements

-       At least a bachelor's degree in AdministrationManagement, English or other related fields. Full time and internship at leastfor half a year.

-       Mature and positive personality, detail oriented and wellorganized.

-       Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.), excellent skill in PPT making.

-       Good English language skill is a must and good Germanlanguage skill is an advantage.
